3、结构简述

本机由主机、浮动动力辊装置、安全装置、电气部分及气动部分等组成。

主机由下机箱、主轴、机头及旋转接头等部分组成。机头与主轴采用法兰连接,拆卸简单,更换方便;机头采用充气涨缩式结构,结实耐用。

浮动动力辊装置是轮胎成型时提供成型压力及旋转动力的装置。主要由上机箱、电机减速机、传动装置、气缸、辊筒、直线滑轨等部分组成。工作时,通过操作按钮盘控制气缸使辊筒下降压实到机头上,同时控制电机工作使辊筒旋转带动机头被动旋转,在缠绕胎胚的同时由于气缸作用达到压实胎胚的目的,胎胚成型完成后操作按钮盘使机头收缩,取下胎胚。

设备上装有安全拉绳和急停开关,若发生操作不当或其它紧急情况,设备可快速停止运转。

电器部分由接触器、断路器、按钮等元件组成。用于控制电机的运转及电磁阀的换向。

   气动部分由电磁阀、气缸、二连体等元件组成,用于控制浮动辊的升降以及机头的涨缩。

Safety protection

Over-temperature: the heater temperature exceeds the upper limit. Air switch-trip cuts off the main power supply.

Power phase inversion: power phase detection prevents pump

inversion and gives an alarm indication.

Motor overload: thermal relay protects motor overload and gives alarm indication.

Media shortage protection: the liquid level switch detects the oil level in the oil tank to prevent media shortage and gives an alarm indication.

Abnormal heating: the contactor is stuck, and the abnormal heating alarm and indication are given.

Pipeline blockage: when the temperature difference between inlet and outlet oil temperature exceeds the upper limit, it will automatically give an alarm and raise it.

Abnormal pressure: If the system pressure is abnormal, the heating action will automatically stop.

Exhaust: Manual exhaust function when the equipment is turned on.

1, It is suggested that the pump should choose the working point: the flow rate is 25 cubic meters per hour and the lift is 37 meters;

2, The performance curve corresponds to the normal transportation speed of oil at 20 degrees. The error between head and flow is 10%, and the performance error is 10%;

3, The performance of the pump varies with the specific gravity and density of the conveying fluid medium;

4, The above curve is that the pump inlet is not less than DN65; The export is not less than DN40;

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

IV. Necessary conditions to be provided at the installation site

1, water pressure and water quality:

The water heater with cooling function must provide cooling water at the use site, and the water pressure requirement is 0.15-0.3Mpa.

In order to prevent damage to the heat exchanger built in the heater due to blockage, water must meet the following requirements:

For water with quality deviation, we suggest consulting professional service units or conducting water quality analysis. Equipment failure or damage caused by water quality problems is not covered by the warranty. When the cooling function is used below 10, antifreeze must be added to the chilled water!

2. Power cord connection:

The power cord needs to use 3*70.0mm2+1*25.0mm2 cable, which shall be provided by the buyer, and the power cord must be grounded!

3. Heat medium: Shounuo T55 heat transfer oil.

4. Working environment:

The working environment temperature of the equipment is 18-40; Relative humidity: 50%-80% to ensure good ventilation; Temperature difference: 4/h, the equipment works 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.
